Latest Processing and Delivery Updates:

**Orders containing Pre-Order items will not begin to ship until all Pre-Order items are available.

Order processing delays are currently minimal, though you may experience delays varying between 2 - 7 days in addition to our order processing time. We want to ship your order out to you as soon as possible and be assured that we are doing everything in our power to ensure that you will receive your order on time! Once your order has been packaged and is ready to be shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the parcel’s tracking information. 

Domestic shipping delivery delays on top of your estimated delivery date are currently between 2 - 5 days. 

International shipping delivery delays on top of your estimated delivery date are currently between 7 - 14 days. 

Changing & Canceling an Order

We are unable to add or remove any products in an order or change the size of a product once it has been placed.

Please contact us ASAP so we can attempt to cancel your order and you can place a new order with any of the changes that you wish to make. If it has not been processed by our team we will attempt to stop the shipment. We cannot guarantee an order’s cancellation after it has been placed. Upon receiving your products you return them to us once you have received them; provided the product(s) are eligible for a return (Check our Returns & Refunds policy page for more information).

Once an order has been canceled, our company takes 0 to 5 days to return your paid amount back into your account. However, it may take 2 or 3 billing cycles (varies from bank to bank) for the refund to show up on your credit card statements. Please check with your credit card provider before contacting us about any inquiries.

Ordering Process

We are working our hardest to ensure all our customers' orders are packaged and processes as soon as we receive them.

Orders are processed and packaged between Monday and Saturday with the exception of national public holidays. Our standard processing time is between 1 to 3 business days. Orders “awaiting fulfillment” are being processed by our team and will be packaged and shipped soon.

 

Orders placed after 9 A.M. GMT (12 P.M. local Turkey time) will be processed the next business day. 

 

Tracking numbers are confirmed as soon as an order ships. Different items may be shipped separately to ensure that you will receive some of your ordered products on time. Separate tracking numbers and e-mails will be sent out accordingly.

**Delivery by a certain date cannot be guaranteed by our side.

Payment Types & Currencies

All of our prices are listed in TRY. Conversion rates will be applied by your banking provider to your payment methods currency.

Papa Giraffe accepts all types of credit card providers due to our third party POS providers. In case of any error while checking out, please make sure to reach out to us to see how we can help you.

Product Availability

Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

For out of stock items, they may be restocked and sold on our website again. Make sure you wouldn't miss out by visiting the product and clicking the "Notify me when available" option! This also helps us choose which items we should restock in our website firstly.

Product Shipping

Papa Giraffe ships packages via various carriers within Turkey. Carriers may change at any time. 

 

For holiday orders, please order before-hand to allow time for processing and standard shipping.

 

Shipping costs are fixed and added upon checkout.
