Returns & Refunds

To Return a Product

Papa Giraffe provides returns & exchanges on their website.

​

All items (excluding the items below) are eligible to be returned and refunded within 14 days from the package delivery date. (This is only applicable to domestic orders)

​

Full-priced Items (excluding the items below) to be exchanged are eligible within 30 days from the package delivery date. (This is only applicable to domestic orders)

​

For hygienic reasons, socks, beanies, hats, masks, and bandanas cannot be returned/exchanged. Items that are 1/1, no longer in production (indicated by a ribbon that says “DISC”), or limited-edition items are FINAL SALE and non-exchangeable/returnable.

Returned/exchanged items must arrive back to us in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, they must be returned with the original tags and in their original protective packaging. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed or an exchange is issued. If the returned/exchanged item(s) do not meet the above criteria or are damaged during the transit back may not be eligible for a refund/exchange.

​We are currently unable to offer returns/exchanges for international orders.

Note: Any inquiry made without the order’s invoice attached to it will not be accepted!

To return/exchange a product(s), please send us an e-mail at info@papagiraffe.com with the subject: ORDER #[insert order #] – Exchange/Return, in the email please explain to us why would you like to return/exchange the item(s) and one of our team members will walk you through the process.

Please note that your refunded amount will be the value of the item(s) purchased alone excluding the shipping fees, we cannot refund the original shipping charges or the return shipping costs with the exception if whether the item(s) shipped is damaged or incorrect.​

 

If you would like to exchange the product for a different size or a different product, please state the product you wish to exchange with or the size you want to change it to. If there is a price difference between the product you want to exchange and the product bought, we will inform you of the price difference and payment has to be done to cover the difference.

After submitting your product return/exchange request, it will be evaluated and either accepted or rejected by one of our team members. Upon approval, you will be provided with a shipping code. Please ensure that you use that shipping code within 7 days otherwise there is a chance that the code may not work. Once we have received your package, we will inspect the items to ensure that they have arrived in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, they must be returned with the original tags and in their original protective packaging. If the product returned meets those requirements then we will send you a follow-up e-mail explaining how the next steps will take place.

To Return a Damaged or Incorrect Product

In the case that you may have received a damaged or incorrect item please email us within 14 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number and images of the damaged or incorrect item(s) you have received.

The shipping costs will be covered by us and we will send you the correct items once the package has been returned to us.
