To redeem the online discount, you must fill out the forum on the Student Discount page [Click here] and upon approval of your application (which takes up to 3 business days) you will be sent a unique code that can be used up to 3 (THREE) times in a year. Each code provided has a natural expiry date of 1 (ONE) year. Once a code has expired you may reapply to receive another student discount; The discount is valid as long as you are studying.

Refund and Exchange requests will be in line with Papa Giraffe’s Return & Refund Policy and will be refunded at the discount price already paid for.

The discount provided cannot be used while Papa Giraffe has any ongoing promotions, meaning; this discount doesn’t stack on top of our discounts. This discount also cannot be used on shipping costs, gift cards, sale items, or limited-edition items (which is written in the product’s details)
